She said that it was addicting and exciting and couldn't wait to see how it all turned out. My sons read it on their own not wanting to wait on me to read it to them. It took my eight year old son about 4 hours to read it straight through with very limited interruptions (dinner, travel stops, etc.). I personally loved the book! I am a fan of the really old movies (20s, 30's, etc.) and found the images from the earliest movies wonderful! READ this book, I think you'll ove it too. I have always wanted to be in a book club and Grace was wonderful enough to get the ball rolling on it and do all that is involved with it (ordering books, setting the meetings, coming in to the library during her off hours to oversee, guide and participate in the discussions, etc.). It has been a wonderful experience and we invite anyone that likes to read to come and join us. Thanks again Grace! As I have been a avid reader all my life, it is refreshing to have other readers feedback on the same book, to get a different spin and to also see a view that you might wouldn't have thought of. I don't always like the books that we read but it is so interesting to hear how other people describe the books that it puts a different light on the topic that we are reading.
